Orders & payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments at checkout.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives within 4–7 business days after processing. Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier and destination.
Returns & refunds
We accept returns of unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email hello@girlyhood.store. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping is non-refundable.
Product use
The Smooth Comb is a heated styling tool. Please follow all instructions included with the product and never leave it unattended while powered on. Use at your own risk.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including logos, text, images, and design — is the property of Girlyhood and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of liability
Girlyhood is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by law.
